Thomas Global Systems has completed delivery of its M1A2 Abrams SEPv3 Immersive Tactical Trainer (M1A2 ITT) to the Australian Army, marking it as the world’s “only full-crew simulator” for the platform.
Built at the company’s New South Wales facility, the ITT recreates the interior of an Abrams tank, matching the sophistication and functionality of modern flight simulators.
It gives soldiers gunnery, driver, and tactical training in combat-like environments, scaling from individual crew preparation to full squadron-level exercises. Flexible modes also let instructors run onboard lessons or link into networked scenarios.
