India Unveils Delta-Wing Combat Drone With 1,000‑Km Strike Range

India is advancing its long-range strike capabilities with Project KAL, a new one-way attack drone designed for precision engagements into adversary territory.

Developed by IG Defence, the platform is reported to have a range of up to 1,000 kilometers (620 miles) and endurance of three to five hours, enabling extended reach in contested environments.

Built to carry explosive warheads, Project KAL is intended to target high-value assets such as logistics hubs, radar sites, and military infrastructure.
