ST Engineering is laying the groundwork for Singapore’s next generation of ground warfare, moving ahead with a new infantry fighting vehicle (IFV) designed to adapt to evolving battlefield threats.
The next-gen IFV will be built on the company’s Terrex s5 platform, adding to its growing lineup of 8×8 armored vehicles.
It will feature a suite of digitalized systems for improved situational awareness, as well as what the company calls “advanced vehicle electronics” with upgraded firepower.
