Battlefield Medics Are Getting an AI Assist With BAE’s New Tool
The US Air Force is teaming up with BAE Systems to advance an AI-powered tool designed to help medics track and treat injuries more efficiently on the battlefield.
The software, called BATDOK (Battlefield Assisted Trauma Distributed Operations Kit), aims to digitize battlefield care by keeping records synced across every stage, from the point of injury to recovery.
By syncing records across each stage of care, BATDOK could help reduce errors and ensure medics have accurate, up-to-date information as patients move through treatment.
