A flagship Ukrainian drone has just evolved, transforming from a simple airborne surveillance platform into an upgraded system that detects hostile interceptors in real-time.
Kyiv-based Skyeton described Raybird’s new capability as an improvement to the unmanned aerial system’s survivability during extended intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions.
With the new feature, Raybird can detect approaching interceptor drones in real time and alert operators when evasive action is possible, reducing the risk of loss during mission execution.
