Turkey is moving toward next-generation drone swarm operations with a new platform designed to fly through GPS-denied and electronically contested airspace.
Newly released test footage shows 10 of Baykar’s new “Sivrisinek” loitering munitions flying alongside other unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), forming a coordinated swarm.
The drones executed patrol flights in multiple arrangements, with the Sivrisineks regrouping into a V formation with eight additional UAVs.
