Israeli Firm Makes Drone Defense Proactive With Next-Gen BRO C-UAS

Israeli’s Omnisys is aiming to flip the script on counterdrone defense, moving from the traditional reactive response to a more proactive approach that anticipates threats before they strike.

To support that shift, the company’s Battle Resource Optimization (BRO) suite is getting a next-gen upgrade: a counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) mission planning platform built to outthink hostile drones.

The new system uses advanced modeling and optimization tools to map likely attack routes, boosting mission effectiveness against small drones, first-person view (FPV) systems, and loitering munitions.
