The ULTRA robotic vehicle is no longer limited to ground operations, as it can now track the skies too with a newly-installed anti-drone capability.
DroneShield and Overland AI are integrating the DroneSentry-X Mk2 counter-unmanned aerial system into the robotic platform, enabling earlier detection of drone threats before they can target the vehicle.
With it, the unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) is positioned to operate with greater reach, reduce the need for personnel in exposed positions, and maintain a more persistent presence in austere environments.
