Patria is taking mobile firepower a step further, showcasing its NEMO mortar system executing simultaneous-impact strikes for the first time while on the move.
During recent trials, NEMO used a new fire control software to perform Multiple Rounds Simultaneous Impact (MRSI) and Multiple Targets Simultaneous Impact (MTSI) firing modes.
MRSI involves firing several rounds in rapid succession along different trajectories so they converge on the same target almost simultaneously.
