New Danish-Ukrainian Defense Firm Unites Ukrainian Drone Makers

Ukrainian-American investment group MITS Capital has launched a new Danish-Ukrainian defense company, uniting leading Ukrainian drone and defense technology producers under one platform.

The firm, MITS Industries, brings together Tencore, a leading maker of unmanned ground robots; Infozahyst, a Ukrainian SIGINT firm with over 20 years of experience; Unwave, one of Ukraine’s largest EW system producers; and an undisclosed air drone manufacturer. MITS Capital will serve as the coordinator, catalyst, and investor.

Perry Boyle, CEO and Founding Partner of MITS Capital and Chairperson of MITS Industries, said Denmark is an ideal partner for Ukraine as the two countries “share a common heritage, a common enemy, and common values.”

“The combination of Danish capital and technology with Ukraine’s large and innovative defense industrial base empowers European defense against Russian aggression,” Boyle added.

MITS Industries’ Approach

MITS Industries, which expects to achieve revenue in 2026 of more than $200 million, will adopt a “drone-as-a-service” model to drive large-scale production of advanced drone and counter-drone systems across air, land, and maritime domains.

The structure is designed to strengthen export potential and improve access to institutional capital.

Ukraine’s government projects defense industry capacity to exceed $35 billion in 2025, with private production already surpassing domestic demand and accelerating export readiness as Ukraine continues supplying its forces with critical capabilities.

MITS Capital CIO and Founding Partner Denys Gurak, meanwhile, said that this is just the beginning as they intend for MITS Industries to achieve increased scaling and revenue, and to “join the ranks of European defense primes.”

“Our ultimate goal remains unchanged: to help Ukraine win the current war and to help Europe defend itself against the next one,” Gurak said.
